Steel Wall Frames

Cadsteel wall frames are produced using computerised Framecad machinery that ensure that each component is exactly to the engineers specifications and are accurate to within 1.6mm.   

 

Every joint is either crimped or swaged so that there are no unsightly bulges in the wall lining ensuring a perfectly smooth finish. Prior to being screwed together, each component is located with male and female dimples to add additional strength and ensure that each joint is perfectly located prior to fastening.  

 

Cadsteel wall frames can be designed and manufactured to meet Australia’s toughest cyclone wind load standards.  Concentrated loads are also more easily resisted by cold formed steel due to its high strength. Fire, acoustic and thermal ratings are also easy to achieve using Cadsteel frames.
