Since the 1990’s Cadsteel has been one of the early adopters of light gauge steel framing operating steel framing factories in New Zealand and the USA and now Australia. Fully Australian owned and operated, Cadsteel uses the latest innovative technology and FRAMECAD manufacturing equipment to produce lightweight galvanised steel frames, trusses and flooring systems.
Cold-formed steel framing offers a long range of benefits. It is non-combustible and can withstand fires, hurricanes, and high winds. Cold formed steel is a termite, mould, and rot-proof solution and is the most recycled material on Earth. The ease of prefabrication and mass production, fast and easy erection, and installation substantially speeds up construction time.
